Dream Manor Inn Boutique Resort is an exclusive property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 14(fourteen) days* prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation and authorize a $25 processing fee.In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than fourteen (14) days* notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room(s), a full or partial refund will be made.
Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests. *A 30 day cancellation notice is required on multiple room bookings and for some holidays and special events.
Check-in: 2:00 PM – 9:00 PM. If arriving outside of check-in times, please call to make arrangements. Check-out: 11:00 AM.
Well behaved supervised children are welcome.
Occupancy Policy: All queen or king beds are 1 or 2 persons per bed. Single beds are one person per bed. We have 1,2,3 bedroom suites to accommodate large families. There is a $25 per day charge for each additional person over the two-person per bed allowance. Roll-aways are available in some rooms for an additional $10 per person.
Specific rooms requests: We sincerely strive to accommodate your room preference. If your room request is not available at your arrival, then we will substitute the same type room or upgrade your room for no additional charge without notice. If your heart is set on a specific room, please contact us and we will make every effort to accommodate your room preference.
Pet Policy-We are a dog friendly property in certain rooms. We accept dogs under 20 pounds from $15 per night and up (depending on room) per dog in certain units. Call us for availability. Only a certain number of specific rooms are dog friendly. Since we are a dog friendly, property we ask you not to sneak your dog into a room without prior notification and paid fees. Guests not following these policies, may be asked to leave without refund. Dogs cannot be left unattended in rooms if they are not trained from barking or potty trained.
Public Areas are for registered guests only. Some public areas may be rented for private functions-contact management for availability and pricing. Public areas including Pool and Jacuzzi,Man Cave, Library, Main House, Breakfast Room, BBQ areas, Courtyards, Libraries, Main Manor House, Patios, not rented to private functions close at 10 pm. Pool and Jacuzzi are seasonal, Open April-October weather permitting. Putting green closes at 6 pm or dusk. BBQ grill rental available for personal use only-no parties.
